A Powerful Start: RESA’s All About Networking Event

On Wednesday, September 10th, RESA proudly hosted its first weekly meeting of the semester, All About Networking. The session gave students the opportunity to learn key strategies to build a strong presence on professional platforms and prepare for corporate success.

The evening began with President Gian Franco Caillaux highlighting strategies to connect with people of interest and create relationships that support long-term professional growth. Jose Osorio, RESA board member with extensive experience at leading firms such as The Keyes Companies then expanded on this topic, sharing practical advice on how to project oneself on LinkedIn.

The night reached its highlight with the arrival of fourteen professionals of diverse fields of real estate, who came to FIU through RESA. These accomplished professionals shared invaluable lessons from their years of experience, offering students not only practical advice but also an authentic look into what it takes to succeed in such a competitive field.

Their presence elevated the event into something truly inspiring, as they motivated students to step boldly into their careers with confidence, clarity, and ambition.
